A collaborative effort by Friends of Mt. Rubidoux, Mission Inn Foundation & Museum, and the Riverside Land Conservancy to ensure that the peak of Mt. Rubidoux property is substantially preserved in its current state, reasonably maintained, and kept accessible to members of the public for their enjoyment.
There seems to be an opinion of a portion of the community that the City Council should vote to not respond to the threatened lawsuit. It is important that the City Council understand the level of support that is present in the community for the efforts of Totally Mt. Rubidoux.
The City Council meetings are open to public comment and it is the opportunity for your voice to be heard. We would like to put out a call to action to all those supporters of Totally Mt. Rubidoux that if you can attend the City Council meeting this evening, please pull a speaker card and let the City Council know that you as a community member are in support of the efforts of Totally Mt. Rubidoux, for preserving our history and protecting it against any further threat.
The City Council meeting will take place at:
Riverside City Hall
Art Pick Council Chambers
3900 Main Street
Riverside, CA 92522
The meeting is scheduled to start at 6:30 pm
Totally Mt. Rubidoux volunteers will be available prior to the meeting if you have any questions or would like to discuss with us.
We thank you for your support and hope to see you there this evening. As a community, we can and we should protect and preserve our history.
